Senior Product Designer/Packaging Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and talented Senior Product Designer/Packaging Designer with a strong background in graphic design to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in 3D design, material knowledge, and creativity. In addition to designing innovative products and packaging solutions, this role will involve contributing to various graphic design projects as part of the job scope.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, design, and develop products and packaging solutions that align with brand objectives and market trends.
- Utilize 3D design software and material knowledge to create detailed product prototypes and packaging mock-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to inform design decisions and enhance product performance.
- Create visually appealing and engaging graphic design assets for marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all design projects while adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in product and packaging design, with a specialization in digital product design, packaging design, or both.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc., as well as familiarity with other editing software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, creativity, and problem-solving abilities across digital design realms.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality design projects within tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must have access to personal devices and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
