We are a small, people-first technology consulting firm with a focus on helping others win. We're looking for a seasoned IT Network Engineer who is passionate about driving projects to success and mentoring the next generation of tech talent.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and complete networking projects from conception to deployment.
- Design resilient and scalable network architectures.
- Conduct comprehensive network troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure network integrity and security, particularly with RADIUS and other security protocols.
- Manage and optimize FortiNet technologies, including FortiGate, FortiCloud, and FortiManager.
- Work with UniFi wireless products, maintaining and enhancing wireless connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems involving hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Administer network security devices including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Monitor system health, responding promptly to notifications from monitoring tools.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of both wired and wireless network technologies.
- Proficient in communication protocols, network layers, and security protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of FortiNet technologies.
- Hands-on experience with UniFi wireless products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Keep detailed records of system configurations and operations.
- Foster client relationships, maintaining open lines of communication and regularly reporting on system status.
- Engage in project management, from planning and execution to testing and evaluation.

The following experience and skills are extremely beneficial:

- Exposure to compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, maintaining system and data standards.
- Track regulatory adherence, offering suggestions for compliance enhancement.
- Possess an understanding of compliance procedures, with the capability to support audits and assessments.
- Proficiency in ConnectWise, Kaseya VSA, and ITGlue
- Expertise in large-scale automation and deployment platforms.
