Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and create advanced motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media, focusing on crypto and fintech applications.
- Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop visual strategies that align with our promotional and educational goals.
- Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring a cohesive visual style that is both innovative and reflective of our brand identity.
- Utilize the latest tools and techniques in motion design to produce eye-catching and informative graphics.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior motion graphics designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in motion graphics, crypto, and fintech, applying this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio featuring work in the crypto and fintech sectors.
- Computer or Laptop with the power to render heavy object.
- Expertise in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere, Maya, or similar.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and a keen eye for aesthetic excellence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to articulate creative concepts and rationales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with UX/UI principles and how they relate to animated content.
Knowledge of coding languages like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for web animations.
Prior leadership experience or team management skills.
