About This Job:

Overview: Brokers' BackOffice is a Sydney based outsourcing firm specialised in handling loans processing for mortgage brokers operating in Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced loan processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mortgage processing, having worked alongside brokers and possess end-to-end expertise in handling loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data entry into the CRM
- Indexing / Filing
- Assessment of supporting documents and identification of any missing documents
- Conducting policy and lender research
- Performing credit assessment and servicing
- Ordering Valuations
- Pricing requests and actioning pricing requests
- Completing Discharge Requests
- Preparing and Lodging applications
- Managing loan applications (Loan tracking) until the loan settles
- Post submission tasks- actioning MIRs
- Facilitating the loan process up to settlement, including communication with solicitors, lenders, clients, and other related
parties
- Post-settlement tasks such as pricing and rate reviews
- Handling complex and/or urgent requests
- Admin tasks like email monitoring, chasing lenders for updates on applications and communicating with various lenders


Requirements:

- Proven experience in loan processing within the Australian mortgage industry.
- Proficiency in end-to-end loan processing tasks.
- Demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills in liaising with brokers, lenders, and internal
stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for career advancement.
- Leverage your background in processing loan applications through various systems and CRMs (Mercury, FLEX, Quickli,
ApplyOnline, Broker Engine, etc.).


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Australian Mortgage Loan Processing.
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
