**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design compelling graphics for a variety of digital marketing assets, including websites, social media platforms, and digital advertisements.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment to align designs with our marketing strategies and brand identity.
- Proactively research and implement the latest design technologies and trends to enhance departmental efficiency and creativity.
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion under tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Guarantee that all digital designs are optimized for the web and meet accessibility standards.

**What We're Looking For:**
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital graphic design, including significant experience working remotely and leading a design team.
- Demonstrated ability in cross-departmental collaboration to refine design processes and enhance overall visual output.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiar with upgrading design systems and software.
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, particularly in virtual settings.
- Insight into social media and digital marketing trends, plus basic copywriting skills.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Robust internet connection and up-to-date computer technology.
- Updated resume and references from previous roles demonstrating leadership and collaboration (include in resume).

**Compensation:** Up to Php 30K/month (Full-time)

**Work Schedule:**
- Full-time: Remote work from 2pm-11pm (8hrs + 1hr break) Monday to Friday.
