Job Qualifications:
?At least 2 year recent experience with Amazon Customer service
?At least 3 years recent experience in the BPO/ Call Center, handling diverse accounts and customer inquiries.
?At least 1 year experience as a Senior Associate or Specialist, demonstrating expertise in account management and customer service.
?Knowledgeable with processes and terminologies with
?With professional experience using ERP and CRMs systems proficiently to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
?Experienced in leadership roles, providing guidance, training, and support to tea
?Familiar with Amazon Seller Central account management is a plus
?Looking for new opportunities and wants to grow together with the company is highly preferred
?Able to learn the processes and tools from training(possibly abroad) within the organization as part of the pioneer team. Processes are (but not limited to): Processing order through ERP,
?Able to adopt to a fast paced environment, achieving KPIs and metrics consistently.
?Seller account management
?Apply the knowledge as daily tasks in the early stage
?Help the company to expand and transfer the knowledge to new hires
?Strong background in handling customer service
?With passport and can travel outside the country ASAP

?Ready to travel to China for any Business needs/requirement. (Hence, valid Passport should be ready)
