Senior Credit Analyst - Mortgage Lending

The ideal Candidate has the following skills in the Australian Loan Market

1. Income and Servicing Assessment
2. Obtaining Documents from Clients - Sorting and Input Data
3. Completing Mercury and AOL
4. Ordering Valuation and Pricing
5. Preparing Submission notes as per banks policy framework for Credit Officer
5. Liaising with Stakeholders ( Banks, Solicitors and Real Estate agent)
6. Post approval and Post settlement support to the customer.


Previous experience in a must.
Accuracy, Responsiveness and Proactiveness are essential attributes.
You should be good written and verbal English skills.
Ability to Start ASAP - or within 4 weeks.
Should have Good Internet connection and private space to work from without interruption.
