Senior Creative Strategist

We're looking for an experienced Senior Creative Strategist to join our coaching company. Please only apply if you meet the qualifications below.

Our ideal candidate MUST have these attributes:
- Have 2+ years experience working with coaches and consultants in the info marketing space
- Knowledge and understanding of hooks, video engagement and retention for META. A big plus if you're also experienced in this for TikTok and YouTube

Responsibilities:
- Pre-production research to find great ideas
- Monitoring the progress of media throughout development
- Coordinating with colleagues responsible for marketing performance
- Creating hooks/angles and writing creative briefs

Additional requirements:
- Be able to work in the PST/EST timezone Monday - Friday.
- Advanced level of English

- Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
