Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Medical Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outreach and onboard healthcare professionals, ensuring they are credentialed and qualified to utilize our products and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outreach to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare providers.
* Educate potential clients about our products and services, emphasizing the benefits and advantages.
* Facilitate the onboarding and credentialing process for new clients, ensuring all necessary licenses and qualifications are verified.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the credentialing process efficiently.
* Utilize various platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook groups, LinkedIn), to promote our offerings and engage with potential clients.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with credentialing processes and healthcare regulations is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms for business purposes.
