Senior Accountant (CPA / CA)

Key Responsibilities:

* Ledger Account Reconciliation and Analysis: Proficient in reconciling and analyzing routine ledger accounts, ensuring completeness, and preparing journals with meticulous attention to detail.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate Financial Statements along with supporting schedules and working papers, demonstrating a strong command of financial reporting standards.
* Month and Year-End Procedures: Execute month-end and year-end procedures effectively, including the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring the precision of financial data.
* Account Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of account balances, offering comprehensive explanations for fluctuations and developing relevant KPIs to track financial performance.
* Team Collaboration and Support: Foster a collaborative work environment by actively engaging with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, providing support as needed, and contributing to the collective success of the finance team.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the accounting function.

Requirements:

* * CA or CPA certification is mandatory**
- Proven experience in General Ledger Management and Financial Statement Preparation.
- Strong proficiency in ledger account reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated capability in process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in using sage, quickbooks
- Availability to work from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm GMT.
