JOB OVERVIEW

Our company owns and operates 18 self-storage facilities throughout the US, with over 2,000 customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Answering inbound calls from existing customers
- Renting storage units to new customers
- Making outbound calls to existing customers
- Communicating with facility on-site managers to resolve issues
- Monitor security cameras for several facilities when on 'Avail' status

Preferred skills and experience include but are not limited to:

- Customer service / call-center background
- Impeccable spoken English
- Very strong overall communication skills (phone, email, slack, etc)
- Good attention to detail

Hours will be 40 to 45 hours per week and WILL include 1 to 2 shifts on the weekend. You will be able to work from home.
