Seeking great English speaking Customer service / admin VA

Will be organising jobs to be subcontracted out to locksmiths we are a national locksmith network who receives jobs in from a national company and we give these jobs out to locksmiths

This will including receiving invoices from a company and uploading costs into our portal

This will include dealing with locksmiths directly and giving them the jobs

This will include dealing with the customer directly to find out any further info needed about the job before we give the job to the locksmith to complete

Xero experience required

We also would like someone who can manage our social media channels

This would be from 9am uk time to 3pm uk time
