Seeking Virtual Assistant & Customer Support

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who is quick at learning new things and can work independently. Required experience in Shopify. The right candidate should be able to handle various tasks effortlessly without constant supervision and be resourceful in finding solutions. Your ability to adapt quickly and manage tasks efficiently will be crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations.

Customer Service (Priority)

- Processing refunds & exchanges
- Customer support emails
- Facebook & Instagram comment moderation
- Experience in software like Gorgias, Re:Amaze, Zendesk.

Administrative and Workflow Management

- Writing and setting up detailed SOPs for all tasks performed
- Small website updates
- Adding & testing new Shopify apps
- Setting up split testing features through Intelligems

Content and Social Media Management

- Finding UGC creators, actors
- Repurposing content and creating Instagram & Facebook posts
- Writing educational content and posting on Instagram, Email, and Facebook Group
- Publishing reviews and small website updates
- Uploading ads to Facebook Ad account
- Collecting reviews on Facebook and saving to Drive
- Responding to ad/social comments

Financial Management

- Filling out weekly financial sheets
- Filling out daily profit and loss statement
- Matching NDIS remittance & bank statements to draft orders

Logistics and Operations

- Logistics (setting up barcodes)
- Communicating with factory and shipping forwarder
- Timing of stock orders and communication with 3PL
- Updating stock on Shopify
