Seeking Talented Freelance Graphic Designers (Permanent WFH)

Ethnolink (Upgrade to see actual info) is Australia's leading professional multicultural communications agency and provides language services to government and not-for-profit organisations. We specialise in providing translation services to ensure effective communication with diverse communities across Australia.

The company is currently looking for freelance Graphic Designers who will be working project-based.

Responsibilities:
• Create campaign and creative assets for Ethnolink’s government and
• not-for-profit clients, including (but not limited to) social media tiles, digital banners and print ads, whilst closely adhering to creative briefs and brand guidelines;
• Assist the Ethnolink marketing team with the creation of social media tiles and ad hoc designs as needed, including but not limited to creating and updating brochures and fact sheets about Ethnolink’s services, business cards, email signatures and other internal collateral.
• Assist the Ethnolink production team with sourcing appropriate stock images for our clients, as directed; and
• Prepare designs for print, including resizing designs and ensuring that designs adhere to printing requirements as advised.

Qualifications:
• Very high proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign) and Canva.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working well with different personalities.
• Outstanding attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva and Notion.
• A passion for and understanding of the language service industry is desirable.
