Role Overview:
We are in search of a talented and dynamic Search/Content Arbitrage Specialist to spearhead our marketing campaigns. This critical role focuses on designing and managing high-impact creatives that maximize click-through rates (CTR) across various advertising platforms, including Native (Taboola, Outbrain) and Meta (Facebook Ads).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high CTR creatives and compelling ad headlines tailored for both Meta and Native advertising networks.
Execute and oversee large-scale media buying strategies, managing substantial daily budgets to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance data, focusing on continuous improvement of CTR and overall campaign effectiveness.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising, content marketing, and visual design to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with team members to innovate and refine advertising strategies.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in creating engaging and high-converting ad creatives, with a solid portfolio of past work.
Extensive experience in media buying on major digital platforms such as Native (Taboola, Outbrain) and Meta (Facebook Ads).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
An understanding of Google’s algorithms and how they impact search and content arbitrage strategies (training provided to enhance this knowledge).
