Scrum Master Certified Trainer

We are seeking a Scrum Master Certified Trainer to join our team and assist with a few tasks related to agile methodologies and Scrum practices. This position may also lead to a Scrum Master role within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Scrum practices and principles for team members and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting and implementing Scrum practices.
- Assist in planning and organizing Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Help teams improve their processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to Scrum Masters and other team members.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in training and mentoring others in Scrum practices is a plus.
