What are the VA's primary responsibilities?
Obtain philanthropic aid program updatesUtilize a digital phone system up to 8 hours per shift
Obtain status updates on financial assistance claims submitted
Document notes into patient case log

What would a typical day in this role look like?
We are conscientious and organized Patient Support Specialists to join our team. Responsibilities include communicating with philanthropic programs: confirming receipt of applications, claims, and medication orders; obtaining payment information; tracking medication shipments; submitting documents and updating accounts in the Atlas MAP system.
To be a successful Patient Support Specialist, you should be passionate about the well-being of patients, be driven to achieve set goals, and have a desire to learn more about the healthcare field.
