JOB OVERVIEW

Nautical Staffing is a looking for an experienced, determined, and personable Salesforce CPQ Administrator to Help our client in the IT Field in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet the specific needs and requirements of our sales team and business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CPQ functionality.
- Design and implement CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting strategies, and quote templates.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows within Salesforce.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules to ensure data security and integrity.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of CPQ processes and configurations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales and operations teams on CPQ usage and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications.
- Stay current with Salesforce and CPQ industry trends, best practices, and new features to recommend and implement enhancements to our Salesforce platform.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on CPQ implementation and administration.
- Strong Working experience in handling any Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing methodologies, quote generation, and renewal management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and data management.
-- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work Remotely and to work at least 4 hours US EST time
