Rate: $8-9/hr, and earn up to 90,000 PHP +/month
Schedule:
Monday Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST with 30-minute unpaid lunch, and two 15-minute paid breaks
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven expertise in configuration, customization, and user support.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is highly preferred. Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Administration: Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, security settings, and permissions to ensure appropriate data access and integrity.
- Customization and Development: Configure and build custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation to align the platform with evolving business needs.
- User Support and Training: Provide timely support to users, troubleshoot issues, address questions, and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity through data imports, exports, cleansing, and de-duplication processes.
- System Integrations: Collaborate with developers and IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other critical business systems (e.g., marketing automation, accounting software).
- Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes. Champion Salesforce best practices within the organization.
