Sales and Marketing Support

The Reputation Lab (Upgrade to see actual info) and My Review Concierge (Upgrade to see actual info) are in search of a Sales and Marketing Support Lead. This can be a part-time, or possibly a full-time role, working traditional U.S. work-day hours (Eastern Standard Time / NYC). The list of responsibilities will likely evolve, and would start with the following:

Sales Support (40% of the role):
* Data enrichment. The support role will help our team identify points of contact with designated companies through ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other resource tools. The candidate will add the required fields to our database list.
* Presentation and Document preparation (PowerPoint)

Marketing Support (40% of the role):
* HubSpot admin.
* Email marketing oversight. Assist in building email marketing campaigns in our HubSpot Marketing tool. This may include the warm-up of email addresses, A/B testing, Identifying those contacts who are most engaged with our email marketing and passing those leads onto Salse.
* SEO oversight for two property websites
* Blog creation
* Social Media Content

Office Support (20%)
* Assist in the distribution of Client Weekly Reports
* Assist our back-office team in identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies. Examples would include:
* Building out our Notion Account Further
* Outlook efficiency support (Global Contact Sharing)
* Automations and integrations (zapier)
* Additional special projects

Required Experience:
* 2 to 3 years of SEO experience (Google Analytics, SEMRush)
* 2 to 3 years of experience on the HubSpot Marketing Pro platform
* Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
* Eager to learn
* Confident in making suggestions for improvements.
* Strong English skills both verbally and in writing
* Strong communication skills

Other skills and expertise that would be of value, though not required includes:
* Proficient with Zapier
* Experience with Notion
* Wix
* SquareSpace
* Canva
* Apptivo
* Copywriting skills

Our ideal candidate will work a minimum of 30 hours per month.
