JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales and Marketing Manager (E-commerce, Shopify, Affiliate Marketing) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue through e-commerce channels, Shopify platforms, and affiliate marketing partnerships. This individual will play a key role in expanding our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

Job Description:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.
Identify and pursue new opportunities for e-commerce expansion, including marketplace integrations and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to increase referral traffic and drive sales through affiliate marketing programs.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify trends, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop compelling marketing assets and campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record of success in e-commerce sales and marketing, with a focus on Shopify and affiliate marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Experience managing e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, and implementing strategies to drive conversion and revenue.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships with external partners.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and delivering measurable results.
Knowledge of media industry trends and digital content distribution is a plus.
