The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a customer-oriented environment. You will also be working with multiple google sheets and docs.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any order-related issues.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints or concerns, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and effectively promoting our products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- Update sheets and docs.
