Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of a US client's cleaning business. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound sales calls, maintaining a solid close rate, and performing various administrative duties to support daily office functions. We are seeking candidates who are articulate in both oral and written English, tech-savvy, confident in sales, and capable of working with minimal oversight. Familiarity with MS Excel, other office tools, and previous experience in similar roles will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and respond to
Promote products and services to potential leads.
Manage customer inquiries across all communication platforms utilized by the business.
Schedule appointments and site visits.
Write clear and concise
Serve as the primary contact for customer interactions.
Update client information and process orders over the phone.
Collaborate with various departments.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of US staff, including managing job listings and applicant reviews.
Maintain records and manage business and client information.
Oversee the company’s social media pages.
Daily Tasks:
Answer inbound calls.
Follow up with leads.
Obtain feedback on completed jobs.

Salary:
