Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our cleaning services. In addition to sales, you will be expected to assist with other tasks and projects within the company, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to drive sales growth
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and event planning
- Participate in sales training and professional development programs
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned, such as:
- Assisting with customer service and support
- Helping with administrative tasks and data entry
- Supporting the operations team with special projects
- Contributing to company-wide initiatives and events

Commission Structure:

- Base salary
- +Receive a commission on sales generated, with the potential to recieve a % of your sales revenue.
- Bonuses for exceeding sales targets and demonstrating exceptional performance

Requirements:

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the service industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
