Company Overview:
Palmer Construction, a leading roofing company based in Spokane Valley, WA, USA, is expanding its team and is currently seeking a motivated Sales Support Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic and growing company. This is a remote/virtual position that provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales and customer support functions.

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Sales Department. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including handling documentation, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Managing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
- Following up on current customers and providing up to date details on their projects.
- Collaborating with the sales team to organize and execute promotional events or campaigns.
- Generating reports and maintaining records related to sales activities.

You MUST have:
- Proven experience in a sales support and administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with roofing or construction industry is a plus
- Familiarity with JobNimbus CRM or any CRM is a plus
