JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the tech and sales team to enhance their effectiveness in achieving sales targets. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this position will involve supporting various sales and tech initiatives, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the onboarding and training of new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on sales processes and technology tools.
Aid in the management of the CRM database by updating and organizing prospect information.
Support regular sales and marketing meetings by preparing reports and addressing resource needs.
Research competitors’ offerings, rates, and incentives to help maintain competitiveness.
Participate in offline events such as flea markets to promote products and services.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to determine marketing requirements and strategies.
Assist in the creation of print advertisements, flyers, social media content, website updates, and promotional materials.
Provide hands-on sales support as required, including customer interactions and deal closing.
Conduct daily meetings with the offshore team to provide guidance, encouragement, and training for improving sales performance.
Coordinate and execute telemarketing campaigns for resigns and renewals.
Offer technical support to customers and respond to emails promptly.
Audit the work of offshore employees to ensure the completion of daily tasks.
Communicate regularly with the Sales & Marketing Manager, attending additional meetings as necessary.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales support or related roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship to colleagues.
Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel occasionally for events or meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Timings:

Ability to work up to 50 hours per week, with a one-hour lunch break daily.
Must be available to work between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with flexibility for occasional events or meetings outside regular hours.

Salary Range: 1,000-1,200 CAD per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
