Job Title: Outbound Sales Specialist - Digital Marketing



Job Description:

As a Remote Sales Assistant in the digital marketing industry, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the digital marketing sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various sales tasks, including lead generation, client communication, and sales administration. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Conduct research and identify potential clients through various online platforms: social media channels, Linked IN, Sales Navigator, and industry databases. Initiating Outbound outreach (outbound calls and sending outbound email). Collect and organize relevant information, such as contact details and company profiles, for further outreach.
Client Communication: Communicate with prospective clients via email, phone, or online messaging platforms. Introduce the company's digital marketing services, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and creative departments, to gather necessary materials and ensure timely delivery to clients.
CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, track sales activities, and generate reports. Monitor and update the sales pipeline to reflect the progress of leads and opportunities.
Relationship Building: Foster positive and long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a reliable point of contact. Provide exceptional customer service, address concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional digital marketing services.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies. Share relevant insights with the sales team to refine sales approaches and stay ahead in the competitive market.
Sales Administration: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and sales performance tracking. Assist with the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and webinars.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar sales support role.
Legal Marketing Experience is a plus
Experience in digital marketing concepts and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote work environment.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of market research techniques is a plus.
