Sales Representative/Lead Generation - Vape Company

About the Company:
The Company holds several household name brands in their outfit, amongst them is a known brand in the delta & hemp market in the United States. Known for their potent blends and quality products for consumers.

We provide a variety of different products from vapes, hemp products, edibles, and pre-rolls to many others. Our goal is to provide quality products to consumers and retailers.

About the Position:
We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Representative who can contact new customers and retailers provided in a lead-generated list in dedicated regions to extract information. This representative is not to act on behalf of the company to close and sell our products. They will be calling as an ordinary customer asking the stores certain key questions to gather vital information.
The goal is to reach out to businesses as consumers and extract information about this business. Such as information about if they carry this type of commodity, which brands they carry, if they’ve heard of our brand, and any additional information as required.

The Sales Representative should be English-speaking, pleasant to communicate with verbally, and have the ability to continue to ask questions to retrieve the answers and data we need.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers from the US that are provided in a Sheet and ask the store representatives key questions about them and their business
• Per call, the representative is required to update the sheet with data such as: when the call was made, the duration of the call, who they spoke with, including questions we will provide, and the answers provided
• Hold pleasant helpful conversations as a ‘consumer’ to extract information and promote our products.
• Represent the company values to potential prospects.

Requirements:
• Mother tongue level English is a MUST
• Past experience in phone sales is a MUST
• Technical mind with computer savvy skills and knowledge of Google Sheets
• Familiarity with being able to have a casual conversation in order to retrieve vital information

Work Schedule:
• The day-to-day will include an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week from Mon-Fri, 09:00-22:00 EST
