Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:

Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
