JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving sales and building relationships in a fast-paced and innovative manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Organize and coordinate sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
Update client information in the company contact database.
Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about new products and services.
Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in the manufacturing industry.
Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
Stay on top of competitors' products and markets.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Meet all sales quotas and goals.
Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience
Specifically in the manufacturing sector is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM best practices.
A team player with high level of dedication.
