Job Description:
As a Sales Representative for our admissions team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Reach out to prospective parents via phone, email, and online platforms to introduce them to Gifted Gabbers' programs and educational offerings.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand the unique needs and preferences of each family and recommend the most suitable program options.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective families through personalized communication and follow-up to guide them through the admissions process.
- Provide information and guidance on program features, curriculum content, enrollment procedures, and tuition fees to address parents' inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with our admissions team to meet sales targets and achieve enrollment goals for each program session.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices in admissions and enrollment to effectively position Gifted Gabbers as the premier choice for parents seeking exceptional educational experiences for their children.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (optional)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or admissions, particularly in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with parents and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate program benefits and address parent inquiries effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives through transformative learning experiences.
- Fluency in English and Filipino languages (both verbal and written).
- Location: Philippines (Remote position)
