JOB OVERVIEW

A. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:

* Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
* Monitor Out-of-Stock inquiries: Pre and Post Orders
* Retain and engage clients with immediate query resolution, and regular follow-ups via calls and mail
* Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers
* Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business by utilizing company services
* Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant concerns
* Liaise with the department head to develop specific sales strategies
* Conceptualize and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume

B. Strong Candidate’s experience and qualifications will include:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related course
* Experience with B2C sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Analytical and detailed-oriented
* Advanced organizational, and time management skills
* Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
*Previous experience working in the tyre sector, or car/tyre enthusiast
