Sales Representative (#3516)

Responsibilities:
Cold-calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services.

Email
ing: Craft compelling emails to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
SMS: Utilize text messaging for efficient and direct communication with prospects.
Lead Management: Use Salesforce for effective lead tracking and management.
Communication Tools: Leverage Five9 for streamlined and efficient client engagement.
Data Analysis: Utilize Domo for data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Hours are between 6 AM PST - 5 PM PST.
Various start times for all shifts, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, full-time, 40 hours/week or more.



Account Manager/Admin Assistant (#3639)

Responsibilities:
Conducting phone calls with clients, utilizing your exceptional communication and English skills to ensure a seamless experience.
Demonstrating proactive action and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed assigned tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.
Skillfully negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of our clients to ensure fair and efficient claims settlement.
Efficiently handling administrative tasks, such as entering information into systems and communicating with insurance companies via email.
Diligently following up with insurance companies and ensuring accurate updates in the systems.
