Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers
receive the best possible experience
? Reach out to targeted lead lists provided by your manager
? Manage HubSpot and other customer databases through various spreadsheets, ensuring that all
sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked
? Analyze and report on sales metrics to the management team as needed
? Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure our clients' needs are met
? Identify customer needs and present appropriate career development solutions
? Drive sales opportunities through CRM activities, such as lead generation and lead nurturing
campaigns
? Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and develop our processes,
improving retention and upsell opportunities
? Utilize HubSpot and spreadsheets for
