IMMEDIATE OPENING: Scheduler for Software Demo Appointments

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team immediately. The primary responsibility will be to make cold calls to potential clients from our provided list, with the objective of scheduling them for a demonstration of our innovative software products. To start you will be offering this software system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively communicate with prospects to schedule demos.
• Navigate through company channels to reach decision-makers.
• Address all questions and provide detailed information about our software, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Foster positive interactions, making each prospect feel valued and informed.
• Send and respond to follow-up emails to prospects.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in English with impeccable American English and communication skills.
• Proven sales experience and a strong track record in achieving targets.
• Familiarity with software products and technology, and a clear understanding of technological applications.
• Knowledge of business workflows and the ability to relate them to our software solutions.
• A charismatic personality, with a professional and encouraging demeanor.
