JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
Proactively research and identify potential leads through various social media channels
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize high-potential prospects.

2. Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, or social media.
Understand client needs, pain points, and business goals.
Articulate our product/service offerings effectively.

3. Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Provide personalized solutions and address objections.
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless client experiences.

4. Sales Presentations and Demos:
Conduct product/service demonstrations tailored to each lead’s requirements.
Highlight key features, benefits, and ROI potential.
Close deals by effectively communicating value propositions.

5. Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Forecast sales targets and track progress.

6. Market Research and Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

7. Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Collaborate and develop strategies for achieving targets.

Qualifications

2+ yrs experience
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales prospecting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Knowledge of the education sector and relevant accreditation standards is a plus.
