OS Removals is a leading removals and relocation company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. With a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, we aim to make every relocation experience seamless and stress-free.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Duties include:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Get basic information of the client, relocation needs and timeline.
• Liaise with clients with their queries and give them removals quotes.
• Communicate with clients with updates/changes on the move.
• Collaborate with the admin teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions made.


Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar to telesales role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets and deadlines.
• British accent skills preferred for effective communication with clients.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
