The Position:
We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual wanting to take a step towards business management but must first learn and work in customer service and business development. Ideally this step will provide the basis to become an integral part of the management team for the business.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
? Manage daily transactions for customers, ensuring accurate and timely input
? Process Sales Orders, Invoices and credit memos
? Monitor customer back orders with appropriate communication to customers
? Build a thorough understanding of the product base
? Appropriate training and use of database

Required Skills / Competencies:
? University degree
? Previous experience in data processing or business administration is a plus.
? Highly proficient in Excel. Database or ERP system experience is well-regarded
? Strong proficiency in written communication skills in English
? Strong desire to get involved in the sales aspect of business
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work well within a team environment
? Deal with complex concepts comfortably and effectively copes with change
