EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Develop and implement a systematic lead management process to effectively handle incoming leads.
- Design and execute personalized outreach strategies tailored to different lead segments.
- Utilize email, SMS, FB Messenger, and phone calls to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Analyze lead data and sales metrics to optimize processes and improve conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on lead performance and sales pipeline status.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our sales processes.

NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Proven experience in sales operations, lead management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
