Our company is a US-Based electronic supply chain.
Job Description: This role directly supports the head of supply chain, and our organization's sales team, in customer outreach and management, sales operations activities, and proactive administrative support, centered around sales and purchasing activities.
This role requires an extremely strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a natural comfort with proactively managing certain customer communications with a learned level of autonomy. This client interaction will range from outreach and customer support, to light levels of product negotiation.
- Provide sales operations support including: invoicing, credits and return request management, shipping coordination/administration and product data management
- Support our sales managers with ad-hoc and routine requests to support customer needs
- Direct outreach and support to customers including product promotion, auction & offer distribution and follow up, support and post sales management, for a select number of customers
- Manage and analyze product and inventory data utilizing internal data sources and strong excel skills
- Monitor daily and weekly sourcing auctions for product data and to place bids on behalf of the company, with a strong attention to detail
- Fully understand our sales operations and sales ecosystem to proactively anticipate and support all required needs, before being asked to do so. This is an immersive role with a high degree of self direction in execution, and not delegated task level support.
