-Available 40/50 Hours per week
-A Player, looking to earn and grow A LOT as the company does
-Very skilled at Building and Managing a team
-Very good at teaching and training a team
-Not working for other companies(not even part time)

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF you don’t match with ALL the requirements. We will check everything in depth and will automatically skip you even if 1 requirement is not matched.

The Company:

We are a startup at its first stage. We are an ecommerce company, our market is the United States and we are in the hearing loss niche, currently building the infrastructure to scale the business.

The founder already owns another business making around 4M USD per year in Italy, but taking it now to the next level with this new brand.

We will hit 9 figures (100M USD+) per year by April 2027. We are going to hit such rapid growth thanks to having an amazing product, cutting edge direct response marketing and an amazing team of growth-oriented A-players that want to become extremely wealthy with us.

The Job:

At the beginning, the job will consist of handling all of the sales calls on your own as we are still working on the marketing and the daily sales volume is not high at the Upgrade to see actual infont. You will be in charge of building systems, processes and all of the infrastructure that we are going to need as we scale the sales team.

Then, as soon as the sales volume increases, we will hire the first sales rep that you will be managing, and sales grow, we will keep on adding people. In this stage your responsibilities will change, and are going to be more and more on the management side until we reach a point where you will only be managing.

Note on the type of sales calls that we are talking about:

- We sell OTC hearing aids, which are basically a cheaper version, non customizable, of the expensive 4k/5k USD hearing aids.
- We do direct response marketing on a few different ad platforms and customers purchase on our website.

The first thing to mention is what type of sales calls you (and the team) are going to be doing?
- Abandoned checkouts > convincing customers to proceed with the order they were almost going to make
- Declined transactions > helping customers with declined transactions to figure out where the issue is and make them complete the order
- Inbound calls > we have a phone number on the checkout that customers can call if they have any question while they are checking out
- Post purchase upsell calls > calling customers that purchased already and sell them other products or enhanced versions of the product
- We might add others in the future but this is it for now, to give you an idea.

As you probably understood, we are talking about “soft sales” almost all the time, meaning people were almost going to purchase and just need a little “push”. The only exception will probably be with the post purchase calls. To reiterate, it is not going to be the same time of sales call as if we were selling a 5k - 10k USD product.

Working Hours:
You will be working around 40/50 hours per week. The schedule will be finalized before your onboarding so you'll have a clear grasp and overview of the expectations and time frame.

Salary and Equity:

The Salary will be high, above market average. And if you continuously grow, and so do the performances of the team, as the company grows as well, the salary will be raised and there will be, aside from a salary increase, also an opportunity for equity in the company as well.
