$7 per hour + $20 bonus for appointment booked and attended + 10% commission on closed business.

Manual Outreach Steps (Starting Monday of each Week) to US Real Estate Agents in small & medium sized towns in US.

1. Call all the companies on the list from the Pipeline using our Go High Level (GHL) account & our telephone in GHL.

2. Connect with the businesses on FB using our FB account."Hi its Jill from xyz marketing .."

All contacts should be called 2X using our GHL dialer and moved accordingly in the pipeline before the end of the next week.

3. Discovery call 10 mins (script provided).

4. Strategy call 60 minutes to sell the service.

targets: 100 calls a day and would get maybe 20 people on the phone. Of those the close rate 2-15% depending on the quality of leads.

You would be expected to make 3-5 cold outreach phone calls or emails per lead in my list before you actually talk to the decision maker then 1-3 followups to close them.

If you get a 20% of those people to close you should be fine but you want to shoot for 30%.
