Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
* Develop and implement sales strategies for growth and market expansion.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing, and other departments for aligned sales efforts.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior management.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
* 5+ years of proven experience in senior sales management, preferably in BPO or telemarketing/sales.
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and motivational skills.
* Track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
* Experience in managing key client relationships, contract negotiation, and problem-solving.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and English language skills.
* Result-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals.
* Strategic thinker focused on long-term business growth.
* Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings.
* Backup equipment and stable wired internet with backup.
* Primary device should have at least 8 GB of storage or more.
