The Sales Development Representative is tasked with developing, nurturing, and creating new business opportunities/appointments in the AE (Account Executive) calendar. Leads come from a group of LDRs (Lead Development Representatives) or the lead generation team. You will engage with potential customers to establish a connection and understand their needs, with the goal of setting up meetings for the sales team by adding SEO value (SEO opportunities, competitor insights, latest SEO trends, missing gaps, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by conducting initial outreach to potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone calls,
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Requirements:
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
