Sales Development Representative

Hello!

We're looking for an experienced B2B Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our "work from home" lead generation team.

Day in the life of a Sales Development Rep:

- Work with customer ICPs and buyer personas to research, build and validate campaign audiences
- Set up and monitor many outbound email sequences
- Load validated data into campaigns
- Monitor campaigns to optimize performance
- Follow up on interested prospects to book meetings for the sales team
- Update the CRM with detailed notes on your interactions with prospects
- Create and sharing weekly activity reports on campaign progress
- Work closely with your SDR Manager to optimize campaign performance

Experience and skills that make you an ideal candidate for this position:

- You have at least 1 year of sales development experience
- You are tech savvy
- You have pristine written English

Technical Requirements:

- Primary computer: 3 GHz processor with 8GB RAM
- Primary AND backup internet service with speeds of at least 50 Mbps (wired)
- Backup power supply

Pay is negotiable and will be based on skills and knowledge.
