The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing startup and make a significant contribution to our success.

Responsibilities:

- Utilise HubSpot CRM and Lusha to identify and generate a high volume of qualified leads for our freelance recruitment project management tool.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand prospect needs and challenges. Effectively qualify leads through calls, emails and social media outreach (including LinkedIn), ensuring a strong fit for our solution.
- Become a master of HubSpot CRM! You'll be responsible for populating the CRM with accurate and up-to-date lead data, managing lead lifecycles, and reporting on key metrics.
- Work closely with the founder to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Craft compelling email sequences and nurture campaigns to nurture leads and move them down the sales funnel.
- Create and maintain a robust sales and deal pipeline within HubSpot.
- Stay on top of key sales metrics, generate insightful reports, and contribute to accurate sales forecasting.
- Embrace a results-oriented mindset and strive to achieve assigned sales targets.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a startup environment.
A strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone and email.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and a keenness to learn Lusha.
A knack for crafting engaging email sequences and nurture campaigns.
Adeptness at data entry and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
Active presence on LinkedIn and a passion for social selling.
Ability to work collaboratively with the founder and broader team.
