Job Description:
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying and generating new business opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
Researching and identifying potential clients and key decision-makers.
Making outbound calls and
Qualifying leads and setting appointments for our CEO.
Maintaining and updating the CRM database with accurate information.
Collaborating with our CEO to optimize lead conversion and the overall sales process.
Providing excellent customer service and information to potential clients.
Note taking during sales call
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role or strong communication skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and meet individual and team targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
