Sales Development Assistant

I'm looking for a Sales Development Assistant for a growing US company. We're looking for a dedicated, talented, and motivated Sales Assistant/Lead Gen to help us generate leads and close deals. Salary Range: 35,000 - 55,000
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

MUST-HAVE:
2+ years experience with MS Office or G Suite (Google Sheets/Excel at intermediate level) and Zoom
2+ years experience with a CRM
2+ years experience in Research/Lead Gen/Profiling using Apollo or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a preference and confidence for verbal comms/outreach (i.e. you are a “people person” who can read the room)
Research/Lead Gen/Sales Assistant

CORE TASKS:
Research potential leads/partners and build a list using common tools/platforms - primarily Apollo (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google/online, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.) - client to provide a playbook for any unique processes and also provide parameters for searches/list building
Upload, organize, and update leads into the CRM or Google Sheet/Excel Doc
Pull missing data from online sources
Verify data for accuracy before outreach
Templated email outreach and response - client to provide templates/scripts and goals
Book meetings on the sales team's calendar via written communication

NICE-TO-HAVE:
Experience working with tech products or in the tech industry a BIG plus
Experience building outreach playbook (documentation in Confluence or similar) by experimenting and documenting proven outreach activities
Prior experience managing accounts (direct client-facing comms - written comms only)
Experience with Notion or similar project management tool
