Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Associate with a strong focus on cold calling to join our remote team. This role is crucial for expanding our client base by directly contacting potential clients, building relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Execute high-volume cold calling to identify potential clients, using targeted lists and detailed scripts. Engage potential clients in conversations that introduce Tripp’s services and identify their needs.
Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads to convert into clients based on their interest and need for property management services.
Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule meetings between qualified leads and senior sales staff, ensuring a smooth transition and preparing detailed briefs for follow-up.
Follow-Up Communications: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to keep them engaged and informed about Tripp’s offerings.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the outcomes of calls and follow-ups, using CRM software to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine calling scripts and approaches based on market feedback and trends.
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, with a strong track record in cold calling and lead generation.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in managing multiple communication channels.
Highly organized, motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Adaptable and quick to learn new techniques and strategies.
