Descriptions*
- Able to commute (travel) between different cities in the Philippines, individually or as a team to meeting existing or new potential business partners or clients.
- Understand and evaluate the communication needs of PhoneBox; execute solutions to meet unique business needs in the telecommunication sector
- Compile and prepare communication materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.) for internal mailings and external events
- Source and manage new, current, and past leads with different types of management based on the priority and preferences of partners
- Create and support the new project involving lead generation of new partners and/or opportunities
- Fully understand transactional details of business processes and user experiences throughout
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company and respond to all written and oral inquiries
- Prepare and oversee service agreements and new partnership contracts
- Remain in frequent contact with business partners to understand and meet their individual needs
- Represent the company at international events, conferences and trade shows
- Manage Online channels etc.)
Requirements*
- Social & Outgoing Mindset
- Flexible schedule and are able to commutes between different cities in the Philippines
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- A diploma would be a plus, but it’s not mandatory for this position.
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Organized and excellent Communication Skills
- Grow advertising revenue with new and existing clients
- Create and deliver sales presentations to clients and potential partners
- Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and conversion
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Organize client correspondence and paperwork
